Privacy policy
Effective date: 26th Oct 2026
1. Who we are.
Human-Ai.Solutions is a trading name of De-Risking Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 09900565, registered office 8 Quarles Park Road, Romford RM6 4DE, United Kingdom. De-Risking Solutions Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, use the contact form on this site.
2. What we collect.
If you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, work email address, the service you are interested, and your message. Our website platform also processes limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs and basic analytics, in order to run and secure the site. We collect nothing else; this site has no user accounts and no newsletter.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis.
We use contact form details to respond to your enquiry and to take any steps you ask of us before entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interests in running a business, Article 6(1)(f)). We use technical data to operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interests). We do not use your details for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.
4. Cookies and analytics.
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, plus basic visitor analytics provided by our website platform. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Who we share it.
Service providers who host this website and process form submissions on our behalf, under contract; professional advisers where necessary; and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless an engagement follows, in which case client records are kept in line with the contract and our legal obligations. Technical logs are kept only briefly.
7. Your rights.
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, use the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Automated decisions and children.
We make no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and this website is not directed at children.
9. Changes.
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
